The gold projects we invest in

Near-term, recoverable ounces where geological risk is already largely understood: producing and dormant mines, tailings and surface resources, and artisanal operations that lack a processing route.

What we invest in

Near-term, recoverable ounces

Geological risk already largely understood. We back fast cash generation and early capital recycling, not long-range speculative exploration.

Near-term and producing

  • Operating mines that need expansion capital
  • Dormant or previously producing mines ready to restart

Brownfield and surface

  • Projects with historical workings
  • Tailings and surface resources

Capital and processing

  • Undercapitalised operations
  • Sites that need processing infrastructure or better recovery

Partnerships

  • Licence holders looking for an operating and funding partner
  • Artisanal and small-scale miners with ore and no processing route
Low capex

Small and high-grade

High-grade, low-tonnage operations set up for immediate cash yield, usually starting with a single modular plant.

US$10–30M

Mid to large scale

Asset developments that need a larger capital injection. At this scale we look for around 2 million tonnes or more of recoverable ore with strong processing economics.

How we structure deals

The structure follows the project: its maturity, risk, capital need, resource confidence and economics. Funding is staged and milestone-based, so capital is protected upfront and incentives stay aligned with partners and local rights holders.
